The object the above entitled action is for Christopher Carey Bennett to legally change his/her name to Christopher Carey Pulling. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Christopher Carey Bennett to Christopher Carey Pulling.
A hearing shall be on the 25th day of April, 2025 at 10:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
