The object of the above entitled action is COMPLAINT TO ESTABLISH OWNERSHIP AND QUIET TITLE OF REAL ESTATE.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that all defendants are persons who may be interested in the subject matter of the action but whose names are unknown to Plaintiffs and who are made defendants by the general description of unknown defendants or that these persons are non- residents of the State of West Virginia; it is ordered that Defendants do serve upon VINCENT S. GURRERA, plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 3401 PENNSYLVANIA AVE, PO BOX 2308, WEIRTON WV 26062, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
