MUTSCHELKNAUS, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000001, located in CENTER District, 65 AC LAUREL RUN O&G 1/4 INTEREST MAP 4-14 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of BAKER ELOISE, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WETZEL County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 8, 2023. CLARENCE & MARY MUTSCHELKNAUS requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after June 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
