PUBLIC NOTICE
A Public Hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Wheeling Housing Authority main office, 11 Community Street (Elm Grove), Wheeling, WV to receive comments on the Wheeling Housing Authority’s (WHA) Five-Year and Annual Plan. The Plans have been developed in compliance with the HUD requirements. Interested persons may review the Agency Plans at WHA’s main office (address above), or you may obtain a copy by calling Joyce Wolen at 304-242-4447, ext. 1009 or emailing to

WHA’s hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The public, including especially WHA residents, participants, and Resident Councils are invited and encouraged to review the Plans and attend the hearing.
