The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that CHRISTINA PARSONS and THAREN FORD have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant K.F., whose date of birth is December 27, 2021. CHRISTINA PARSONS and THAREN FORD are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 29th day of April, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of CHRISTINA PARSONS, biological mother of infant K.F., whose date of birth is December 27, 2021 and THAREN FORD, biological father and occasional custodian of infant K.F., whose date of birth is December 27, 2021, may be terminated.
