NOTICE
The City of New Cumberland will be accepting sealed bids to replace two sets of steps, on Commerce Street and Morris Street. The proposals will be publicly opened at 4:00 p.m. on May 19, 2025 at the New Cumberland City Building, 204 N. River Ave., New Cumberland, WV 26047. The specifications for this project may be obtained at the New Cumberland City Building for your review. Please send all proposals to: City of New Cumberland, 204 N. River Ave., New Cumberland, WV 26047. All proposals must be marked “Rebuilding Steps” on the envelope. The City will accept bids until 4:00 p.m. on May 19, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable.
