pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive,
Canonsburg, PA15317, is applying for permits for

These wells are located in the Bat Run of Sugar Run of
West Virginia Fork Fish Creek Watershed, Littleton
Quadrangle, Clay District, Wetzel County, West Virginia
which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding
pipelines, gathering lines and roads
or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons
of water in any thirty-day period.

Emailed or written comments must reference the
county, well number and operator and must be received within 30 days of the date of the last publication (expected to be 5/14/2025).
Copies of the proposed permit applications may be
reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57 th Street,
SE, Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies
or scans of the proposed permit applications will cost
$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
