The Ohio County Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors, manufacturers, or fabricators for the following:

Ohio County Courthouse
The Ohio County Courthouse is seeking to replace the gallery seating in two judicial courtrooms. The order would be for eight (8) fifteen (15) foot benches. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be delivered to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 102, Wheeling, WV 26003 prior to the date and time designated for bid opening, or authorized extension thereof. Bids received after the date and time designated for bid opening, or authorized extension thereof, will not be opened nor considered. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion, and to negotiate terms with the lowest qualified responsible bidder.
