HORIZONTAL WELL
DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West
Virginia Code Section
22-6A-10(e).

CO 80202, is applying for
a permit for a natural gas
horizontal well, Sapinero Unit 2H , located at
approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 521164.03m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4372640.34m, in Outlet Middle Island Creek Watershed, Porters Falls 7.5′ Quadrangle, Ellsworth District, Tyler County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface
excluding pipelines,
gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand
gallons of water in any thirty day period. To

Any interested person may submit written
comments or request a copy of the proposed
permit application.
Regardless of format for comment submissions, they must be received no later than thirty days after the permit application is received by the Office of Oil and Gas.
Comments may be

Review, Office of Oil and Gas, 601 57th Street, SE Charleston, WV 25304. Emailed or written
comments must reference the county, well number, and operator and be
received within 30 days of the date of the last
publication. Copies of the proposed permit
application may be
reviewed at the WV Department of
Environmental Protection
headquarters, located at 601 57 th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304 (304-926-0450). Full
copies or scans of the
proposed permit application will cost $15.00,
whether mailed or
obtained at DEP
headquarters.
