Request for Bids
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission until 3:00pm on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud, for equipment and accessories to be installed in nine (9) 2020 Ford Police Interceptor SUVs and two (2) 2019 Ford F150 First Responders. The equipment will include: Code 3 emergency lighting; Setina interior storage and partition systems; Havis consoles with accessories; MPH radar units; L-3 in-car camera systems; Westin push bumpers; and miscellaneous accessories. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003. The envelope must be clearly marked as: BID FOR POLICE CRUISER EQUIPMENT.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bids, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after bid opening.
