Notice is hereby given to the biological maternal grandparents, Kimberly Sue Harsher and Richard Harsher, and to all other interested parties, that a hearing for the adoption and name change of Heavenleigh Ann Marie Butler has been scheduled before the Circuit Court of Taylor County, West Virginia at 1:30 o’clock p.m. on the 5th day of June, 2025.
The biological mother, Desiree Butler, is deceased, date of death May 20, 2020.
At said hearing, any parental rights not already terminated may be permanently terminated. You may appear and protect any rights you may have. If you fail to appear, rights you may have concerning Heavenleigh Ann Marie Butler will be forever terminated.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption and Change of Name can be obtained from the Taylor County Circuit Clerk’s Office.
