SHANNON HUBBARD, biological mother and custodian of infant L.D.W., whose date of birth is February 17, 2008 and MELVIN HUBBARD, JR., stepfather and occasional custodian of infant L.D.W., whose date of birth is February 17, 2008. Natural child of SHANNON BUTNER a.k.a. SHANNON HUBBARD.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by MELVIN HUBBARD, JR., stepfather and occasional custodian of L.D.W., whose date of birth is February 17, 2008.
It is ORDERED that MELVIN HUBBARD, JR. is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 11th day of September, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, MELVIN HUBBARD, JR., stepfather and occasional custodian of L.D.W., whose date of birth is February 17, 2008, may be adjudicated as abusive and neglectful.
