IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-3 CHRISTINA LARESE, biological mother of infant M.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2023, and ROBIN CARR, JR., biological father of infant M.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2023, natural child of Christina Larese.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that ROBIN CARR, JR. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of M.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2023. It is ORDERED that ROBIN CARR, JR. is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 28th day of May, 2025 at 1:30 P.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of ROBIN CARR JR., biological father of infant M.C., whose date of birth is September 27, 2023, may be terminated.
