The East Central Ohio Educational Service Cent- er invites proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation for the select renovations to The ECO Center Kitchen Renovation. The project includes renovation of a 500 sq. ft. area to be a concession kitchen.
Sealed bids will be received by the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center until 3:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The bids are to be delivered to:

A Prebid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 10:00 am at The ECO Center, 68332 Bannock Road, St. Clairsville, OH 43950. ATTENDANCE IS NOT MANDATORY. All bidders should attend the Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information.
All questions are due to the Architect at jdoerr@millsgrouponline .com no later than Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 12:00 pm with response back to the contractors no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025 by 4:00 pm.
A Bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to East Central Ohio Educational Service Center in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder’s entrance into a Contract, if given the award.
No Bid may withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. Any contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
The East Central Ohio Educational Service Center (OWNER) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
