The object of the above entitled action is for Rachel Anne Shipley to change her name to Rachel Anne Holden. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Rachel Anne Shipley to Rachel Anne Holden. A hearing shall be on June 30, 2025, at 1:00pm before the Honorable Judge Michael J. Olejasz, at the Ohio County Courthouse.
