The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) will hold a public hearing regarding the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) on August 5, 2019, at 350 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV 25301, in Conference Room 732 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The LIEAP State Plan public comment period ends at midnight on August 4, 2019. The plan will also be available for public review and comment online at:
