Invitation to Bid
The Board of Education of Hancock County will be purchasing non-food paper items and smallwares for SY 25-26. Below is the information regarding this bid and contact information should you be interested in pursuing.
Any bid to receive consideration must be submitted on the form supplied and must have an authorized signature of the company representative. The bid must be received by: Monday July 1st, 2025, 9:00 am EST, to Hancock County Schools, 90 Red Rider Road, Weirton, WV 26062

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any parts, thereof and further reserves the right to choose the equipment which, in its judgment, is best suited to its needs.
Bid prices shall be firm and shall include delivered price, be free of federal excise taxes and free of state tax. Tax exemption for both federal and state taxes will be furnished as required. Bids shall remain firm for at least sixty (60) days from date of bid opening
