NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Charles Allen Chase, II to Charles Allen Williams.
A hearing shall be on the 22nd day of August, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
