The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that HENRY BURTON and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of K.H>, whose date of birth is November 5, 2024. It is ORDERED that HENRY BURTON or ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER OF K.H, natural child of Ada Harris is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 12th day of June, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise HENRY BURTON, putative biological father of infant K.H., whose date of birth is November 5, 2024, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant K.H., whose date of birth is November 5, 2024 may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent.
