The object of the above entitled action is for Maianne Hunter Stackhouse to legally change his/her name to Marianne Hunter Bosley. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Marianne Hunter Stackhouse to Marianne Hunter Bosley.
A hearing shall be on the 24th day of June, 2025 at 10:15 o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be resheduled without further notice or publication.
