The object of the above entitled action is for Olena Silvchenko to change her name to Lena Silvchenko. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Olena Silvchenko to Lena Silvchenko. A hearing shall be on June 24th, 2025 at 10:00a.m. before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse.
