PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL
GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS,
pursuant to West irginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 5317, is applying for permits for natural
gas horizontal wells at the following locations:
Longwell 3H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83
Easting 543327.351 UTM NAD 83 Northing
4389770.181 Longwell 7H, located at approximately
UTM NAD 83 Easting 543329.279 UTM NAD 83
Northing 4389783.756 Longwell 9H, located at
approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 543329.921 UTM
NAD 83 Northing 4389788.282 Longwell 11H, located at
approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 543330.563 UTM
NAD 83 Northing 4389792.807

These wells are located in the Long Drain of West
Virginia Fork Fish Creek Watershed, Hundred
Quadrangle, Church District, Wetzel County, West
Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface
excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes
more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in
any thirty-day period.

Emailed or written comments must reference the
county, well number and operator and must be received
within 30 days of the date of the last publication
(expected to be 6/25/2025).
Copies of the proposed permit applications may be
reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, (304 926-0450). Full copies or
scans of the proposed permit applications will cost
$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
