PUBLIC NOTICE
Wetzel County HomeCare, LLC of New Martinsville, WV
will cease operations on July 09, 2025, and will no
longer participate in the Medicare Program as provided
under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act. The
Medicare provider agreement between Wetzel County
HomeCare, LLC and the federal Department of Health
and Hospitals will terminate effective July 09, 2025.
The Medicare program will not make payment for
services furnished to any patients who may be admitted
on or after July 09, 2025. However, Medicare payment
is available for services provided under a plan of care
established before the effective date of termination for a
period of thirty (30) days following closure. Healthcare
records of current and former patients of Wetzel County
HomeCare, LLC will be maintained by, and will be
