Notice is hereby given that TUNNEL RIDGE, LLC, 878 OLD BRIK ROAD, WEST ALEXANDER, PA 15376 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Phillipi, WV, 26416-1600 for a Certificate of Approval for a Dam to modify for SMA/Permit no. O201608.

The structure will discharge into Short Creek (Reveiving Stream) of Ohio River (Major Subbasin) and is located at 2.1 (miles), southeast (direction) of Short Creek (Nearest Post Office), in Richland District of Ohio County, Longitude 80 39 55.3, and Latitude 40 8 56.5. (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until July 3, 2025, or fifteen (15) days from date of publication.
