Police Vehicle Procurement – FY24
The Wetzel County Commission is soliciting sealed bids
for the procurement of three (3) new vehicles , to
include:
« One (1) 2025 Ford F-150 (Black)
« One (1) 2025 Ford Explorer (Black)
« One (1) 2025 Full-Size Van (Any Non-Black Color)
Sealed bids will be received by the Wetzel County
Commission at the address below until 9:30 a.m. on
Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at which time all bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud during the regularly
scheduled Commission meeting:

Each bid must be submitted on the official proposal
forms provided in the bid package and enclosed in a
sealed envelope clearly marked:
“BID – FY24 Wetzel County Commission Police
Vehicle Procurement”
The envelope should also bear the name and address
of the bidder on the outside.

All bidders must possess a valid West Virginia
Motor Vehicle Dealer’s License.
Bid, performance, and payment bonds are not require
for this procurement.
The Wetzel County Commission reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in
the bidding process.
