Christopher Beach, putative father, the Unknown Father
or any individual otherwise claiming parental rights to the above referenced child.
The purpose of the above styled civil proceedings is for
the West Virginia Department of Human Services to
obtain a judicial decree finding that you have abused,
neglected and/or abandoned the child, C.B., born on
April 8, 2016. Take notice that these proceedings may
result in the permanent termination of your parental
rights to the child.
It appearing by an Affidavit filed in this matter that
Heather Richard is the mother of the child, that
Christopher Beach is the named putative father of the
child and that there may be other unknown individuals
who have or claims to have parental rights to the child.
You are hereby ORDERED to appear in these
proceedings at a hearing scheduled on the 23rd day of
July, 2025, at 1:15 o’clock p.m., in the courtroom located
at the Wetzel County Courthouse, 200 Main Street, New
Martinsville, West Virginia, to protect and defend your
interests. If you do not appear, an Order may be entered
permanently terminating your parental rights to the child,
C.B. A copy of the Petition to Institute Child Abuse and
Neglect Proceedings and the Notice of Termination of
Parental Rights may be obtained at the Wetzel County
Circuit Clerk’s Office at 200 Main Street, New
Martinsville, West Virginia. In the event you are unable
to afford legal counsel to protect your interests, counsel
will be appointed for you upon the completion of an
application available in the Clerk’s Office.
