ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled civil action is to obtain
an Order as follows:
a. that Eli Henthorn is the owner of certain real estate
described herein;
b. that the Deed of Trust from Eli J. Henthorn to
Timothy R. Aiken, Trustee, to secure Union Bank, Inc.
dated July 14, 2023 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County Commission of Tyler County, West
Virginia in Trust Deed Book 264, at page 771 is valid
and enforceable;
By deed dated the 16th day of April, 1880 and
recorded in the said Tyler County Clerk’s Office in Deed
Book 7, at page 242, Rawley Lemasters (aka Rolley
Lemasters) and Jerusha Lemasters, his wife, conveyed
the subject property situate on the waters of Walnut
Fork, a branch of Indian Creek, Tyler County, West
Virginia unto Suzanna Tennant and Alpheus Tennant.
Alpheus Tennant died intestate a resident of Tyler
County, West Virginia on November 4, 1918 siezed and
possessed of an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and
to the subject property and was survived by his wife,
Suzanna Tennant, and his children, Addie Bailey, R. J.
Tennant, Eliza C. Tustin, Silas Tennant, Amos N.
Tennant, Rosella Tennant and Andrew S. Tennant, and
three grandchildren, Goldie Tennant, Arlie Tennant and
Ival Tennant, being the children of Edward Tennant,
deceased.
Suzanna Tennant died intestate a resident of Tyler
County, West Virginia on September 13, 1927.
Various purported heirs at law presumably acquired
title to undivided interest in the subject property.
By deed dated November 27, 2012 recorded in the
said Tyler County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 411, at
page 210 Betty J. Bryant, widow, conveyed the subject
property to Sharon Kay Bryant.
By deed dated July 14, 2023 recorded in the said
Tyler County Clerk’s Office in Official Record Book 264,
at page 769, Sharon Kay Bryant conveyed the subject
property to Eli J. Henthorn.
It appears that the heirs of Rawley Tennant, aka
Rolley Tennant, Amos N. Tennant, Martha Adeline
Tennant Bailey, Eva Rosella Tennant, Andrew S.
Tennant, Goldie May Tennant, Arlie Tennant, Geneva
Tennant, Sonna Jim Tennant, Helen Jean Tennant
Salisbury, Paul E. Tustin, Betty J. Cozart, Duane W.
Tustin, Douglas Keith Tustin, Charles Kevin Tustin,
Lolita Maria King, Linda Alice Rucker, Patrick William
Smith, Michael Charles Smith, David S. Dasacco, Mark
E. Dasacco, Frank Keith Dasacco, Curtis Wayne
Stephens, Marjorie Jean Hanson, Lawrence
Impelmance, Stanley Lee Impelmance, Reagan Michael
Impelmance, Terri Lynn Knight, Timothy Francis King,
Tammy Lee King, Daniel Robert Impelmance, Michelle
Marie Johnson, Kevin O. Sanderlin, John E. Podsiadlik,

Riechman and Rebekah M. Riechman are unknown.
It is ORDERED that the Defendants do serve upon
Logan Hassig, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is
Post Office Box 189, New Martinsville, West Virginia
26155, an Answer of day of their defense to the
Complaint filed in this civil action on or before the 25th
day July, 2025, or otherwise judgment by default will be
taken against them at anytime thereafter. A copy of the
Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk
at her office.
