Notice of Application
Notice is given that Appalachia Midstream Services, LLC (AMS) has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35-D General Permit Modification for the Wilson Central Delivery Point (WCDP), located at Number 2 Ridge Rd / CR-26 (Approximately 3.1 miles South of Dallas, Cameron, in Marshall County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.97089*N and -80.53111*W
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following regulated air pollutants will be:
0.00 tons of nitrogen oxides per year
0.00 tons of carbon monoxide per year
15.06 tons of volatile organic compounds per year
0.00 tons of particulate matter per year
0.00 tons of sulfur dioxide per year
0.65 tons of total hazardous air pollutants per year 824 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year
Startup of operations is planned to begin in September 2019.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
