The object of the above-entitled cause is to change the name of GABRIELLA GRACE NUCCI. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that MELANIE THERESA ALFORD has filed a verified petition in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, requesting a change of name for her minor daughter from GABRIELLA GRACE NUCCI OT GABRIELLA GRACE BOSLEY; that said action is brought pursuant to Chapter 48, Article 25, Section 101, et seq., of the West Virginia Code; and that the application for change of name will be made in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, on the 22nd day of July, 2025, at 1:15 pm. It is, therefore, accordingly
ORDERED that any person who is likely to be injured by the change of name of GABRIELLA GRACE NUCCI TO GABRIELLA GRACE BOSLEY or who knows of any reason why this change of name should not be granted may appear on the 22nd day of JULY, 2025, at 1:15 PM, in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and shall be heard in opposition to such requested change. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said verified petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
