administration is being
made pursuant to the
provisions of law but that
a Foreign Will or Affidavit of Heirs of the decedent has been filed with the Tyler County Commission,
and is of record in the
Tyler County Clerk’s
Office.
Any person objecting to
the filing of the Foreign
Will or Affidavit or objec
ing to the absence of a
pointment or administr
tion being made in this
state must be filed with
the County Commission
within 60 days after the
date of the first publication
or within 30 days of the
service of notice,
whichever is later. If an
objection is not filed
timely, the objection is
forever barred.
