You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed by John R. Emery and Sharon A. Emery in the Family Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, seeking to be appointed legal guardians of the minor child, Z.A.E., born July 16, 2023. A hearing on this Petition is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the Marshall County Courthouse, located at 600 Seventh Street, Moundsville, West Virginia 26041.
You are further notified that your parental rights, if any, may be affected by this proceeding. If you wish to protect your interests in this matter, you must appear at the hearing and/or file a response with the Family Court prior to the hearing date. Failure to appear or respond may result in the entry of an order granting the relief requested in the Petition.
