AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Arsenal Resources, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit for a natural gas production operation located in Harrison County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.26639 and -80.21806. The applicant estimates the increase potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants to be: Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = 0.42 tpy Total Hazardous Air Pollutants = 0.02 tpy Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e) = 483.52 tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance.
