On the 18th day of August, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., the Petitioners will bring on for a hearing a Petition for the Adoption of Amelia Janelle Gail before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia. Failure to respond to this notice within 30 days may result in the termination of parental rights of the biological parent(s). After due consideration of this matter, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the Petition for Adoption be duly published as a Class II advertisement in a local newspaper of general circulation in accordance with the law.
