PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Oak Hill, West Virginia, at its meeting of April 27, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., or immediately thereafter will consider the following application for a variance as required by the Zoning Ordinance. The application may be examined at City Hall. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Oak Hill City Hall. V-94-15-1: Request of James R. Elkins, owner, for a variance to Section 1349.14 (b), to permit a fence located in the front yard of 4 foot 9 inches in height instead of 4 foot as permitted at 620 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia.
