The name of the decedent is John A. Boyles. The decedent died testate on the 29th day of December, 2023, residing at 107 Railroad Street, Stockdale, PA 15483, with said will of the decedent, which is dated the 23rd day of August, 2021, having been probated by the Orphans’ Court Division of Washington County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the 20th day of March, 2024. The decedent died owning real estate situate in the State of West Virginia. 2. The County Commission before whom the affidavit has been filed is the County Commission of Upshur County, with mailing address of: The Clerk of the Upshur County Commission, 40 West Main Street, Room 101, Buckhannon, WV 26201 3. The name and address of the person filing the affidavit is: Andrew D. Boyles 6056 Leycross Drive Huber Heights, OH 45424 Such person is related to the decedent as his Son. The Affidavit is dated the 24th day of March, 2025 and was filed with the County Clerk on the 3rd day of June, 2025. 4. This Notice has been first published on the 9th day of July, 2025. 5. Any interested person objecting to the filing of the foreign will or affidavit or objecting to the absence of appointment or administration being made in this State must file a written objection with the County Commission within sixty (60) days after the date of first publication or thirty (30) days of service of this Notice upon such interested person by the person filing the Notice, whichever is later.
