Warner LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and Their Spouses, if any, of Vickie Ellen Billingsley, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on April 9, 2025, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 25-CV-031, in the Court of Common Pleas of Meigs County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 34575 Crew Rd, Pomeroy, OH 45769, Permanent Parcel No. 0400062000; 0400061000,(“Real Estate”), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and Their Spouses, if any, of Vickie Ellen Billingsley are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and Their Spouses, if any, of Vickie Ellen Billingsley failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint.
