Notice is hereby given that on the 15TH DAY OF JULY 2025 MICHELLE LEE KIRBAUGH filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, a petition for guardianship of BROOKLYN DAWN THORNE, whose parents are TRAVIS LEE SULLIVAN AND CHRISTINE MARIE SULLIVAN.
Notice is further given that on the 25TH DAY OF AUGUST 2025 AT 11:00 AM. the Honorable JOSEPH BARKI will hear said petition for Guardianship and will examine under oath the party in interest. Any party knowing why this Petition should not be granted may file objections with the Circuit Court Clerk’s office.
