The object of the above entitled action is for Erick Mosby Jr to legally change his/her name to Mah’khi Vohn Montrice Mosby. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Erick Mosby Jr to Mah’khi Vohn Montrice Mosby.
A hearing shall be held on the 07th day of October, 2019 at 9:00 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
