Malone Road, Grafton, WV 26354. The purpose of the hearing is to allow comments from those people having an interest which is or may be adversely affected by the Incidental Boundary Revision #26 by ICG Tygart Valley, LLC to add 1.85 acres for the purpose of a converting a cuttings pond into a sediment pond and requesting a waiver to exceed acreage limitations to permit U200406, located 2.8 miles southeast of Thornton, in the Knottsville District of Taylor County.
