NOTICE
The City of Benwood is accepting sealed proposals for Engineering Services. Scope of work: Closure Plan, Removal Activities and Replacement recommendations for two above ground Bioxide storage tanks.
Professional services necessary to address removing and disposing the existing tanks in accordance with the requirements of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), which includes Title 47, Series 63 of the Code of State Rules (CSR) titled “Aboveground Storage Tanks” Aboveground Storage Tank Act Section 22-30, and West Virginia Corrective Acction Guidance Document (CAGD) for Leaking Above Ground Storage Tanks and Underground Storage Tanks (July 2018).
Proposals will be accepted until August 27, 2019 at 4:30 pm. Mail proposals to:
