The object of the above entitled action is for Rosemary Wood to legally change his/her name to Rosemary Holtz. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, at the Marshall County Courthouse, 600 Seventh St., Moundsville, West Virginia, for the entry of an Order by said Court at a hearing on the 7th day of October, 2019 at 10:45 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of the above mentioned petition can be obtained from the office of the Circuit Clerk.
