The Ohio County Commission is now accepting Requests for Proposals for Emergency Medical Billing and Management Services for the Ohio County Emergency Medical Services.
Specific requirements are available on request. A Pre-Bid meeting will allow all interested service providers to discuss with the Ohio County Commission and the EMS Administration the needs of the County and the services sought. The meeting will be held at the Ohio County Commission Office, Suite #215, 1500 Chapline St., Wheeling, WV 26003 on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Although this is not a mandatory pre-bid meeting, those bidders who are interested in providing a proposal are urged to attend as supplemental information to the RFP will most likely be provided in the discussion format. Specific requirements of the Request for Proposal and any questions related to the proposal may be directed to Ohio County Emergency Management Director Lou Vargo at 304-234-3756 or:

All Proposals are due to the Ohio County Commission, Suite # 215, 1500 Chapline St., Wheeling, WV 26003 by 3:00 pm, Thursday, September 5, 2019. The proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or box, plainly marked with EMS Billing Proposal.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity, in any or all guaranty, to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
