The object of the above entitled action is for Jaiden Christopher Kota to legally change his/her name to Jaiden Christopher Kota Rodgers. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Jaiden Christopher Kota to Jaiden Christopher Kota Rodgers.
A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, 2019 at 10:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
