PROPOSAL
Wheeling Island Stadium Scoreboard Integrated Video Production System
The Ohio County Board of Education is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Wheeling Island Stadium Scoreboard Integrated Video Productions System. Sealed RFPs will be received by the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at which time and place all RFPs will be publicly opened and read. RFPs should be mailed to that address to the attention of Mr. Rick Jones, Assistant Superintendent. RFPs must include a statement of qualifications and experience including but not limited to past experience with the OCBOE and other Boards of Education. Please mark the front of the envelope as “RFP – Scoreboard Integrated Video Production System.”
Exact specifications and information regarding this project can be obtained from the Ohio County Board of Education’s Operations Center at 1976 Park View Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, or by calling Dwaine Rodgers, Athletic Director, at (304) 243-0405. Please contact Mr. Rodgers before submitting an RFP. Equivalent specifications can be accepted.
The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to other than the low bidder, accept any or all alternates, waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
