AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied
to the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction
Permit for the Union Station Compressor Station located
Off Arvilla Rd. near Arvilla in Pleasants County, West
Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.422429, -81.059295.

The applicant estimates the increased potential to
discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Nitrogen Oxides = 29.35 tpy
Carbon Monoxide = 71.43 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds = 65.27 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide = 0.14 tpy
Particulate Matter PM10/PM2.5 = 2.23 tpy
Formaldehyde = 5.33 tpy
Total HAPs = 9.45 tpy
Carbon Dioxide Equivalent = 34,953.15 tpy

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the
15th day of September 2025. Written comments will be
received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601
57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30
calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
