HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for
natural gas horizontal wells at the following locations:

These wells are located in the West Virginia Fork Fish
Creek Watershed, Hundred Quadrangle, Church
District, Wetzel County, West Virginia which disturbs
three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines,
gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two
hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day
period.

or written comments must reference the county, well
number and operator and must be received within 30
days of the date of the last publication (expected to be
8/13/2025).
Copies of the proposed permit application may be r
viewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or
scans of the proposed permit application will cost
$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
