The object of the above entitled action is for Jaelyn Mae Vunderink to legally change his/her name to Jaelyn Mae Miller. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Jaelyn Mae Vunderink to Jaelyn Mae Miller.
A hearing shall be on the 19th day of August, 2025, at 1:00pm o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
