It is hereby ordered that Kathy Mack serve upon Levar Matthews, Petitioner whose address is 70 Main St. Wheeling, WV 26003 and c/o N.R.J. Moundsville, WV 26041, West Virginia an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before April 30th, 2015. If you fail to answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
