The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that A.J. GOODWIN and AUSTIN VALINE aka SKYLAR VALINE have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants G.S., whose date of birth is February 8, 2017 and C.S., whose date of birth is March 6, 2018.. A.J. GOODWIN and AUSTIN VALINE aka SKYLAR VALINE are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael j. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 19th day of August, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise A.J. GOODWIN, putative father of infant C.S. whose date of birth is March 8, 2018; and AUTSTIN VALINE aka SKYLAR VALINE, biological father of infant G.S., whose date of birth is February 8, 2017, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parents.
