the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47

This application has been submitted for 50% or more
ownership change in permittee or its owner from
Wolfpen Knob Development Company LLC, 275
Technology Drive, Suite 101, Canonsburg, PA 15317.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and
shall identify the applicant and application number and
be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection
(DEP) at the address above. Comments received by
9/12/2025, or thirty (30) days from date of publication,
will be considered.
